Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

This document combines the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for this cat-image generation service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this document.

1. Service Scope

The Service allows users to upload cat images, generate cat-themed artwork, and manage their generated content. The Service is designed for cat-related image processing only.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.

3. User Content and Rights

You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process any image you submit. You keep ownership of your uploaded and generated content, except rights required for operation of the Service as described below.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only to provide, secure, debug, and improve the Service.

4. Cat-Only Upload Policy

The Service is intended for cat images. We use automated checks to detect whether an uploaded image is a cat image.

  • Cat images may be stored and processed to provide the Service.
  • Images detected as non-cat content are rejected for generation.
  • If an uploaded image is determined to be non-cat content, we will not intentionally retain it as normal user content.
  • We may keep minimal technical logs required for security, fraud prevention, and audits.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload or use content that is illegal or harmful, including:

We may remove content, suspend processing, or terminate access for violations.

  • Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Violence, exploitation, harassment, hate, or sexually explicit unlawful content.
  • Malware, abuse of APIs, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass controls.

6. Privacy: What We Collect

  • Account identifiers (such as user ID and authentication metadata).
  • Uploaded cat images and generated images.
  • Operational metadata (timestamps, file paths, request IDs, status, quota usage).
  • Security and diagnostic logs (limited and access-controlled).

7. Privacy: How We Use Data

  • Provide core features (upload, generation, deletion, retrieval).
  • Enforce cat-only policy and abuse prevention.
  • Operate quotas, reliability, and incident response.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

8. Storage and Retention

  • Cat images and generated images may be stored until deleted by you or by policy.
  • Non-cat images are blocked and are not kept as regular stored user content.
  • Certain logs may remain for a limited period for security and compliance purposes.

9. Deletion and User Controls

You may request deletion of eligible content through product features. Deletion requests are processed within reasonable operational timelines, subject to backups, legal holds, and security logs.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process requests. Data handling by such providers is subject to their own terms and policies. We select providers based on operational and security considerations.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect model accuracy, or error-free outputs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of this document or applicable law.

14. Changes to This Document

We may update this document from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted with a new effective date.

This document is governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed by good-faith negotiation.
